The Traditional Korean House Gimhae, where you can experience Korean traditional Hanok life and learn wisdom and intelligence of the ancestors is constructed on a 1250 pyong lot at Bonghwang-dong 425-13 bunji zone. The Traditional Korean House Gimhae is composed in 7 Hanok buildings of An-che (A main quarters), Ae-rae-che (A lower quarters), Beul-che (A separate quarters), Sa-dang (Ancestral hall), Hang-rang-che (A servants quarters on both sides of the gate), Baggat-che (A outside quarters) and Hut-gan-che (A barn). The visitors can experience comprehensive housing culture of Korean tradition, and there are total 13 lodging buildings to experience An-che (The main quarters) and Ae-rae-che (The lower quarters) is composed in one building with 5 rooms for 4 guests and 3 rooms for 2 guests, Sa-rang-che (A quarters for male) with 3 rooms for 4 guests and 2 special rooms for 2 guests in Beul-che (A separate quarters). In Hang-rang-che (A servants quarters on both sides of the gate), the visitors can experience traditional Korean food and teas to enjoy themselves to the full. In addition to all above, there exhibits Folk Art of a native garden, Jang-dok-dae (A jar stand; a terrace where soy sauce crocks are placed), Got-gan (A store house) and Ji-gae (An A-frame carrier) and is equipped with various kinds of facilities such as traditional Korean restaurants, seminar rooms and tea houses to boost the visitors' experience. The Hanok experience village operates several programs for those who wish to experience the Hanok life by receiving an application from the local and foreign tourists. Not only the visitors can stay here and lodge first hand but also, traditional culture experience is possible through various kinds of program thanks to the traditional garden in several places in the experience center.
