According to Samgukyusa, Queen Heo Hwangok brought it with her from Ayutah Kingdom to calm down the wind and waves. It is a rectangular pagoda. Currently only 6 stones remain. The sculpture is peculiar and the stone has faint red patterns. According to Sinnogboncho, a testing was done to check whether the blood from cockscomb clot on this pagoda, which adds mystery to this pagoda.
